About
Wade joined the firm in 2021 after nearly nineteen years with the Potter County Attorney’s Office and more than twenty years of combined government services. Wade also gained litigation experience at Tenneco Gas Pipeline and Apache Corporation, both before and during law school, and knowledge of the oilfield while working as a production-hand in the Gulf of Mexico and as a roughneck in Oklahoma and New Mexico. During Wade’s time at the Potter County Attorney’s Office, he served in both the Civil Division where he tried cases to verdict in state and federal district courts and in the Criminal Division where he tried misdemeanor cases to verdict in County Courts at Law and Justice Courts. Wade was also responsible for the appeal of civil and criminal cases in state and federal court. Wade served with the U.S. Army in Iraq from 2003 to 2004. Wade’s practice at the firm is focused on the defense of transportation and oilfield/industrial claims. When not working, Wade enjoys the study of military, political, intelligence, and space history and exploring the outdoors and attending Church with his wife and sons.
