Caleb Vinson is an associate with Mullin Hoard & Brown, LLP and focuses his practice on the areas of insurance defense, non-subscriber employer defense and commercial law. Prior to his time at Mullin Hoard & Brown, LLP, Caleb represented public and private companies, investment banks, and investors in a wide range of corporate transactions, including securities and bond offerings, financings, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, and SPACs. He has represented numerous large financial institutions and issuers in complex capital markets transactions.
Caleb graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with degrees in Economics and Political Science. He graduated with honors from Texas Law, where he served as the Managing Editor of Business for the Texas International Law Journal and as a Staff Editor for the Review of Litigation. During his time at Texas Law, he was published for his article “A Uniform Lien Act for Mineral Production: Why the Oklahoma Oil and Gas Owners’ Lien Act of 2010 Could Work for Everyone” in the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas & Energy Law.
