About
Flannery has been with Mullin, Hoard, and Brown, LLP since 2012, and was made a partner in 2021. Flannery practices primarily in business litigation with a focus on contract disputes. She also devotes a significant portion of her practice to assisting clients in their pursuit of legal and accounting malpractice claims, and was part of the MHB team that successfully secured a $335 million settlement from PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. In addition, Flannery is also well-versed in defending non-subscriber employers against employee injury claims and litigating various issues related to non-compete agreements.
After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science degree in communications studies, Flannery moved to New York City where she worked as a writer and editor for several years before pursuing her law degree. Flannery went on to attend SMU Dedman School of Law where she was an articles editor on the Law Review and graduated cum laude in 2012. Flannery enjoys putting her writing and editing background to use in her litigation practice.
